Communication about amenities could be clearer!!! The spa's restricted hours feel unnecessarily limiting. The bar's atmosphere lacks energy, and the service charge on everything feels excessive!!! Improvements in these areas could significantly enhance the experience!!!

The spa was relaxing, but the room was in need of refurbishment.

The restaurant experience was disappointing. Our dinner was poorly cooked, and we received a £260 bill with no itemization provided. The lack of spa access after 2pm felt quite petty, given the high prices.

The exceptional service stood out during my stay, especially thanks to Amy at reception. The spa facilities, including various saunas and pools, provided a lovely escape. the dining experience at the Michelin-star restaurant was marred by an excessively long six-course tasting menu, leaving us wondering when the next dish would arrive.

The outdoor hydro pools were cool but fun, and the spa treatment was bliss. Worth checking out the steam room and sauna too!

Friendly staff made it special

Had an ok time here, the staff really made my stay memorable! Tasha and Olga were super helpful with my room switch and getting me around. The spa was heavenly, and I loved the hydropool! Food wasn’t great, though, and the dining could defo improve. A little communication mishap, but overall, the vibe was nice.

The Pennyhill offered excellent facilities that enhanced my business stay. The staff were incredibly accommodating, ensuring I had everything I needed for my meetings. The room was a Luxe Junior Suite, providing ample space and comfort, which greatly contributed to my productivity. The location was also convenient for accessing my work obligations in the surrounding area. I particularly enjoyed the serene spa facilities after a long day of meetings.

Some areas of the hotel could benefit from updating and maintenance.

Hands down, the spa was a vibe! The heated hydropool and relaxation room were just divine, topped off with help from the lovely Olga. Got to give a shoutout to Sakkain for shaking up the best Mai Tai I've ever had—pure gold! Plus, the staff were rockstars, super attentive and accommodating.

The dining experience was a bit underwhelming. Dinner was just okay, overpriced, and not quite living up to the hype. The noise from the a/c was a tad annoying, but we had an otherwise great stay.

The spa facilities are great. loved the indoor and outdoor pools. Our suite was gorgeous and super comfy.
